The LEO Energy Efficiency Grant helps small businesses reduce their energy costs and carbon footprint. It covers 75% of the cost of energy-efficient equipment, with a minimum grant of €750 and a maximum of €10,000. Eligible works include LED lighting, heating controls, insulation, energy monitoring systems, and energy-efficient equipment.
To qualify, you must have completed a Green for Business Report, a GreenStart Report, or an SEAI Energy Audit that recommends the eligible investment. Businesses should contact their local LEO to confirm current eligibility and budget availability, as funding is allocated annually and can run out.
Fewer than 50 employees. Not an EI or IDA client. Operating within the LEO area. Must have completed a Green for Business Report, GreenStart Report or SEAI Energy Audit.
