Government-backed mortgage for first-time buyers and 'fresh start' applicants who cannot get sufficient finance from a mainstream bank.

Up to €50,000 (or €70,000 for derelict properties) to bring a vacant property back into use as a home or rental. Extended to 2030 and expanded from March 2026.
