Grant of up to €10,000 (75% of eligible costs) for small businesses to improve their energy efficiency — equipment, controls, insulation, LED lighting, and more.

Up to €5,000 (50% match-funded) for small businesses to invest in digital tools — online booking, payments, stock control, cyber security and more. Replaced the Trading Online Voucher.

Start-up grant for businesses in their first 18 months, covering up to 50% of eligible costs such as salaries, equipment, consultancy and marketing.

Business loans from €2,000 to €50,000 for microenterprises that have been refused credit by banks or other mainstream lenders.

Temporary 45% grant for business solar PV (up from about 23%) for nine months from 6 October 2026, plus 45% grants for heat pumps and solar thermal.
