The Trading Online Voucher Scheme (TOV) is administered by Local Enterprise Offices across Ireland. It helps small businesses move online by providing up to €2,500 covering 50% of approved costs. Eligible spend includes website development, eCommerce setup, online marketing tools, SEO, booking integrations, and digital marketing. A business can receive a second voucher (up to €2,500 again) if they meet additional criteria. To apply, attend a free LEO information webinar, then submit an application form. Approval is typically within 4–6 weeks. Work must not begin before formal approval.
